1 Introduction
Welcome to 345 vin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 345 vin ("345 vin", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the 345 vin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If there is any part of these Terms you do not understand, you should not proceed with registration. You are welcome to contact our support team at support@345vin.ws before creating an account, and we will explain any clause in plain language.
These Terms apply to all services available on 345 vin, including but not limited to: card games, jackpot slots, roulette, crash games, fishing games, PSL betting, and esports betting. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types may supplement these Terms — in the event of a conflict, the more specific terms shall apply.
Plain language commitment: We have written these Terms in straightforward English because we believe Pakistani players deserve to understand exactly what they are agreeing to. Legal jargon does not serve anyone well. Where legal precision requires specific language, we have added plain-language explanations alongside it.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 345 vin. We reserve the right to request age verification documents — typically a CNIC or B-Form — at any point. If verification cannot be completed, your account may be suspended until it is. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed and any deposited funds returned.
One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active 345 vin account. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or a fictional identity — is a breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a single individual will be suspended pending investigation. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date — contact support if your mobile number or email changes.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345 vin login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including friends or family. 345 vin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
- You must not allow any other person to access or use your 345 vin account.
- You must not attempt to access another player's account.
- 345 vin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed for accounts above certain transaction thresholds.
Important: If you have forgotten access to your existing 345 vin account, use the account recovery process on the login page. Do not register a new account — doing so breaches the one-account policy even if unintentional.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Supported payment methods: 345 vin supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion applies at any point.
Deposits: Deposits processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your 345 vin balance within seconds. IBFT bank transfers typically process within a few minutes during regular banking hours. Card deposits are subject to your bank's standard processing time. The minimum deposit on 345 vin is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits above certain thresholds may trigger verification procedures.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects both players and the platform. If your payment method has changed, contact support before requesting a withdrawal. Processing times are typically within a few minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
- There is no fee charged by 345 vin on withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — these are outside our control.
- Withdrawal requests require account verification to be complete. This means your mobile number must be confirmed and identity verification satisfied for amounts above the stated thresholds.
- 345 vin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as a regulatory compliance measure.
- Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 200 cannot be withdrawn — they must be played through first.
- Real-money funds and bonus funds are held in separate balances. Real money is always used first in gameplay.
Declined transactions: If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, contact them directly. If funds leave your wallet or bank account but do not appear in your 345 vin balance after 30 minutes, contact 345 vin support immediately with your transaction reference number.
4 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets
345 vin offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
Wagering requirements: Bonuses awarded by 345 vin must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10–20%. The contribution rate for each game is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe — usually 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed without replacement.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time on 345 vin. Claiming a new bonus before completing the active one forfeits the active bonus.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they were credited.
- 345 vin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it was claimed in error, obtained through a technical fault, or claimed in violation of these Terms.

Abuse of bonuses: Playing strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses — for example, placing low-risk opposite bets across multiple accounts or systematically hedging bonus wagering — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Repeated abuse may result in account closure.
5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games on 345 vin use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, and physical card/dealer equipment for live dealer games. The results of all games are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by 345 vin or by players.
Disconnection policy: If your connection drops mid-round in an RNG game, the round will either complete automatically using the rules of that game, or be recorded as a void and your stake returned — depending on the game type. For live dealer games, rounds in progress when a disconnection occurs will complete on the table and the outcome applied to your bet. 345 vin accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connection failures.
Technical malfunctions: In the event of a genuine technical malfunction that affects game outcomes — for example, a software error that produces an impossible result — 345 vin reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the malfunction would have resulted in a win or a loss. Wins produced by a technical malfunction do not stand.
- You may not use software, bots, or automated systems to play on 345 vin. Only manual human play is permitted.
- You may not exploit errors, glitches, or bugs in any 345 vin game for financial gain. Such exploitation will result in forfeiture of associated winnings.
- Collusion with other players — particularly in poker-format games — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- Bet cancellation is only permitted within the cancellation window specified by the individual game, where such a window exists.
Dispute resolution: If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact 345 vin support within 72 hours providing the game name, round ID (visible in your bet history), and the date and time of the round. We will review the game log and respond within five business days.
6 Responsible Gaming
345 vin is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow you to take control of your gaming activity, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.
Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your 345 vin account settings. These take effect immediately on activation. Increasing an existing limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit applies. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
Self-exclusion: You can self-exclude from 345 vin for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you cannot deposit, play, or claim bonuses. Existing balance can be withdrawn even during exclusion. 7 Privacy & Data
345 vin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating a 345 vin account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, and comply with our obligations. We do not sell player data to third parties. 8 Intellectual Property
All content on the 345 vin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 345 vin or its licensed game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 345 vin content without explicit written permission.
Game titles and related assets are the intellectual property of the respective game studios and are used on 345 vin under licensing agreements. Any unauthorised use of licensed game content is a breach of both these Terms and applicable copyright law.
9 Limitation of Liability
345 vin provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliable, high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet outages outside our control, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
Our aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of 345 vin is limited to the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms
345 vin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address registered to their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of 345 vin after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using 345 vin and withdraw your balance before the amended Terms take effect. The notification period for material changes will be at least 14 days.
11 General Provisions
Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the 345 vin Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 345 vin regarding your use of the platform.
Waiver: A failure by 345 vin to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
